Roles & Responsibilities


  • Ensure smooth go-live and transition into operations
  • Enterprise IT & digital platforms
  • ITSM processes (Incident, Change, SLA)


  • Strong planning, coordination, and risk management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel
  • Familiarity with project management frameworks (Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid)

    • Desired Candidate Profile


  • Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8-12 years in IT / Digital Operations or Project Management
  • Proven experience managing IT or digital projects
  • Prefer Project management certification is a plus (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile)
