Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1. SEO Strategy & Management
- Technical & Content Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies across technical SEO, content SEO, and link building to increase organic visibility and keyword rankings.
- Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to identify untapped growth opportunities.
- Technical Auditing: Perform ongoing technical audits in collaboration with the development team to ensure optimal site speed, user experience, and search engine compliance.
- Content Collaboration: Work closely with the content team to ensure all published materials are fully optimized and aligned with search intent.
2. Paid Media Strategy & Execution
- Strategic Planning: Develop paid media strategies across key platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to achieve performance targets such as ROAS and CPA.
- Budget Management: Effectively manage and allocate ad budgets across multiple platforms to ensure maximum efficiency and ROI.
- Execution & Optimization: Oversee the daily management, monitoring, and optimization of campaigns, performing continuous A/B testing to improve conversion rates.
3. Unified Performance Measurement & Analytics
- Deep Analysis: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across both SEO and Paid Media channels, identifying synergies between them.
- Comprehensive Reporting: Prepare detailed performance reports for both organic and paid channels, providing clear, data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Conversion Tracking: Ensure accurate setup and integration of tracking and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager) across all channels for reliable data accuracy.
- Technical Proficiency:
- SEO Tools: Proficient in professional SEO tools (Google Search Console, , Screaming Frog).
- Ad Platforms: Advanced proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Analytics: Strong data analysis skills with hands-on experience using Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
- Core Skills: Exceptional analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and strong presentation and communication capabilities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience managing digital performance campaigns, with a proven track record of strong growth in both SEO and Paid Media.
