Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Understand and support Sunset Hospitality Group s operational and business policies through effective Lifestyle Marketing initiatives.
- Identify marketing opportunities through consumer insights, market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and demand forecasting.
- Support brand operations and corporate policies when engaging with managers and employees.
- Develop and execute creative strategies to strengthen brand positioning and image, in alignment with management direction.
- Plan and implement public relations strategies to maximize brand exposure and visibility.
- Prepare, submit, and manage brand marketing budgets, ensuring daily cost control and efficiency.
- Contribute to annual business and gross-profit planning through sales forecasting, pricing strategies, and performance analysis.
- Provide strategic marketing recommendations to operations while maintaining strong collaborative relationships.
- Manage relationships with external partners such as advertising agencies, PR firms, and research providers to ensure cost-effective execution.
- Support strategic planning by providing marketing insights, performance data, and recommendations.
- Execute marketing action plans, ensuring quality standards, productivity, customer service excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Plan and deliver advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion initiatives to achieve marketing and sales objectives.
- Enhance brand profitability by identifying market opportunities, supporting product development, and improving market positioning.
- Maintain strong relationships with key accounts through regular engagement and proactive opportunity identification.
- Collect, analyze, and report marketing data and trends to support informed decision-making.
- Continuously update professional knowledge through industry research, education, and networking.
- Perform additional duties related to the role as assigned.
Desired Candidate Profile
- BA degree in Marketing from a reputable university
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the hospitality industry with a strong understanding of lifestyle brand concepts
- Fluent in English
- Excellent computer proficiency
- Strong management and leadership skills
- Proven planning and budget management capabilities
- Confident, dynamic, and professional demeanor
- Strong analytical thinking and project management skills
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing solutions
- Solid business awareness, including external market dynamics and competitor positioning
- Strong knowledge of policies and procedures, including their development and application
- High-level coaching skills to support and develop Store Managers and their teams
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
