Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain digital printing machines, ensuring optimal print quality and efficiency, including color calibration and print registration.
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting minor mechanical and software issues, and escalating complex problems to technical support.
- Monitor print jobs, adjusting machine settings to meet specific project requirements, and ensuring adherence to client specifications.
- Manage and maintain inventory of printing supplies like ink, paper, and other consumables, ordering replacements as needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; a vocational certificate in printing technology is preferred.
- Possess a strong understanding of digital printing processes and equipment, including RIP software and color management.
- Previous experience in digital printing operations, with at least 2 years of relevant experience in a production environment.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and software issues related to digital printing machines.
