We are seeking an experienced Digital Project Manager to coordinate and deliver digital business initiatives across our organization. This is a business-focused role that bridges the gap between Product Management and various delivery teams (Analytics, Marketing, IT Legal, etc) to ensure successful outcome delivery. As a Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Digital Transformation projects. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of digital B2B business models and project management methodologies, enabling them to manage cross-functional teams and drive project success effectively.

What will you be doing at Arrow?

• Lead the planning and implementation of digital projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and OKRs.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Develop detailed project plans and monitoring progress.
• Work closely with Product Management and delivery teams to balance strategy with tactical execution.
• Identify project risks and issues and implementing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by gathering project insights and applying lessons learned to future initiatives.
• Drive resolution in cross-functional problem solving, communication, and integration.
• Collaborating with local and international teams, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, and driving operational excellence on a worldwide scale.

What we are looking for:

• At least 8 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 6 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.
• Experience in digital transformation initiatives.

• Strong knowledge of project management and agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum and /or LeSS)
• Proficient in project management software
• Ability to analyze data and project performance metrics to drive decision-making.
• Proactive nature with an ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Aha, Microsoft Project)
• Business fluency in English at least on C1 level.
