Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects including website builds, mobile applications, social media ad campaigns, Google Ads, and digital marketing initiatives.

Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets; monitor progress against these plans to ensure timely delivery and adherence to budget.

Define clear project scopes, requirements, and deliverables based on client needs and agency capabilities.

Manage project risks and issues proactively, providing contingency plans and solutions.

Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, content creators, SEO specialists, and digital marketers.

Facilitate collaboration and ensure alignment across teams to meet project milestones and quality standards.

Manage external vendors, freelancers, and third-party partners involved in project delivery.

Act as the main point of contact for clients during project lifecycles; manage expectations and maintain strong client relationships.

Conduct project kickoff meetings, regular status updates, and post-project reviews with clients and internal teams.

Handle scope changes, ensuring that impacts on timelines and budgets are clearly communicated and approved.

Ensure all digital deliverables meet quality standards, client requirements, and market regulations.

Oversee testing phases for websites and apps, including functionality, usability, and performance.

Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics (e.g., social media ad ROI, Google Ads KPIs).

Prepare and present comprehensive project status reports and insights to stakeholders.

Apply in-depth knowledge of market trends, cultural nuances, and digital behaviors to guide project strategy and execution.

Ensure digital campaigns and assets are culturally relevant and compliant with regional laws and regulations.

Support localization and translation efforts for Arabic and other regional languages.

Desired Candidate Profile

5+ years of experience managing digital projects such as website and app development, social media advertising, Google Ads, and general digital marketing campaigns.

Proven track record working in or with agencies.

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and email marketing.

Experience managing cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.

Proficient with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello, Monday.com, Slack).

Excellent organizational, communication, and client management skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are highly preferred.
