Position Overview
The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) in Dubai is seeking a highly skilled Digital Projects Manager to lead technical operations for web development and digital marketing initiatives. Core Duties

* Lead technical execution of website development projects, ensuring responsive design, SEO compliance, and optimized performance
* Manage execution plans for digital marketing projects including advertising campaigns, SEO, email marketing, and lead generation strategies
* Coordinate with digital marketing, design, content, and development teams to achieve project objectives
* Assign tasks, manage timelines, and monitor campaign budgets to ensure successful delivery
* Oversee CMS management, domain configuration, and compliance with branding and security policies
* Optimize websites and landing pages for mobile compatibility, conversion rates, and lead generation
* Implement analytics and tracking strategies using Google Analytics, GTM, Meta Pixel, and CRM platforms
* Lead integrations with third-party APIs, marketing platforms, and automation tools to improve operational efficiency
* Prepare dashboards and reports with data visualization tools such as Google Data Studio and Tableau
* Conduct technical QA, testing, and platform maintenance to ensure continuity of digital performance
* Provide technical support during campaign launches to ensure readiness of all assets and infrastructure

Candidate Requirements

* Bachelor s degree in Web Development, Computer Science, Digital Marketing, or equivalent field
* Professional certification in Project Management (mandatory)
* Minimum 11 years of experience in technical roles in web development within a digital marketing environment
* Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular
* Proven experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Sitecore, etc.) and DNS/domain management
* Solid knowledge of UI/UX principles and tools such as Figma or Adobe XD
* Familiarity with CRM integrations and automation platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce
* Experience with SEO, analytics, A/B testing, and conversion optimization strategies
* Skilled in data visualization tools for performance reporting (Google Data Studio, Tableau)
* Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG)
* Excellent project management, problem-solving, and leadership skills
