1. Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns aligned with the hospital s brand and business objectives.

Manage paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM) to generate qualified leads and patient inquiries.

Track ROI and KPIs to ensure maximum effectiveness and continuous optimization.

Oversee website performance, SEO ranking, and online appointment conversion rates.

2. Social Media Management

Plan, create, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.

Ensure regular updates of health awareness posts, doctor profiles, patient success stories, and hospital events.

Monitor engagement levels, respond to patient queries/comments, and maintain a positive online reputation.

Coordinate with creative agencies and internal teams for visual and video content production.

3. Content & Branding

Collaborate with doctors, departments, and the communications team to develop educational and promotional healthcare content.

Maintain brand consistency and tone of communication across all digital channels.

Create digital content calendars aligned with key healthcare events, campaigns, and international health days.

4. Analytics & Reporting

Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.) to track campaign performance and audience behavior.

Prepare monthly reports and insights for management review.

Recommend data-driven improvements for digital strategies.

5. Online Reputation & Compliance

Manage online reviews and feedback on platforms such as Google, Practo, and healthcare directories.

Ensure compliance with healthcare advertising regulations and patient confidentiality guidelines.

Coordinate with the Quality and Legal teams on digital communications involving patient information.
