Digital Solutions Consultant Specialist

The Solution Consultant provides technical and domain expertise to design and validate digital solutions across ERP, CRM, IoT, AI/Analytics, and integrations.

The role works closely with BOT partners in the initial phase to ensure solution feasibility and alignment with Onetech standards, while gradually building

internal capability for in-house solution design. The Solution Consultant supports proposals, demos, and delivery handovers with technical content, ensuring

all solutions are robust, scalable, and SLA-compliant.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design

• Collaborate with BOT partners to prepare high-level designs, BoMs, and technical architectures for qualified opportunities.
• Validate feasibility of proposed designs against Onetech s delivery capabilities and technical standards.
• Ensure scalability, security, and SLA compliance in solution designs.

Technical Validation & Governance

• Act as Onetech s technical reviewer for BOT/vendored solutions, ensuring consistency with the digital playbook.
• Evaluate partner-selected platforms, middleware, and tools.
• Support ecosystem management in technical evaluation for partner selection

Proposal & RFP Support

• Provide technical content for proposals and RFP responses (solution descriptions, effort estimates, compliance sections).
• Support demos, PoCs, and technical workshops as needed.
• Validate partner-provided inputs for consistency and feasibility.

Delivery & Transition Support

• Provide clarifications during project execution on solution design and integration dependencies.
• Validate BOT-delivered solutions at acceptance stage against SLAs and design commitments.
• Ensure handover documentation and knowledge transfer from BOT partners to ODP operations.

Reusability & Framework Development

• Document reusable frameworks, accelerators, and templates developed by BOT partners.
• Contribute to the Digital Transformation Playbook for solution design.
• Identify opportunities to productize bespoke solutions into repeatable offerings.

Innovation & Capability building

• Track emerging technologies (GenAI, IoT, ERP/CRM platforms, automation).
• Provide feedback to Product Managers for roadmap updates.
• Contribute to building Onetech s internal solution design capability by mentoring peers and capturing lessons learned.
