Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
You will lead the digital trading agenda with accountability for revenue, conversion, margin and customer experience optimisation across multiple territories.
Your remit will include:
Commercial & Trading Ownership
- Define and execute digital trading strategy aligned with regional growth objectives.
- Own promotional planning and trading calendars across DTC and third-party marketplaces.
- Drive revenue through proactive analysis of KPIs including traffic, conversion, AOV and sell-through.
- Translate stock, pricing and performance data into actionable commercial decisions.
Digital Merchandising & Customer Experience
- Lead site and app merchandising strategy, ensuring best-in-class navigation, product storytelling and seasonal execution.
- Continuously improve UX through testing, behavioural insight and conversion optimisation initiatives.
- Implement cross-sell and upsell strategies to enhance basket value and customer lifetime value.
Platform & Roadmap Contribution
- Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to prioritise enhancements based on commercial ROI.
- Identify friction points and drop-offs, driving measurable improvements in site performance.
- Ensure integrated execution of campaigns across digital touchpoints including CRM, homepage and app.
Performance, Forecasting & Leadership
- Own weekly and monthly trade reporting for senior leadership.
- Lead forecasting cycles and performance planning.
- Support and mentor team members, fostering a results-driven trading culture.
Desired Candidate Profile
5+ years experience in digital trading or eCommerce leadership within fashion, lifestyle or consumer retail.
- Strong commercial mindset with proven revenue-driving capability.
- Experience operating within GCC or international multi-region environments preferred.
- Highly analytical, confident in data interpretation and performance optimisation.
- Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with analytics and optimisation platforms advantageous.
- Confident communicator able to influence cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced retail environment.
