Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
You will be required to support our local clients from various sectors of activity (transport, energy, banking & insurance, public sector, etc.), particularly within the framework of their transformation projects linked to the digital shift : data management, IT strategy, new technologies (IoT, 5G, RPA, AI, blockchain), emerging technologies (quantum computing), cloud computing, APIsation of IS, management of large programs, etc.
You will work within a multidisciplinary team on missions of a very varied nature such as:
- Organization & Governance : transformation of organizations and their operational model
- Operational strategy and transformation projects : definition of the strategy and roadmap, framing and management of programs/projects, support for deployment
- Operational performance : definition/optimization of customer experience, business processes and user journeys, operational excellence (Lean Management), audit/diagnosis and recommendations (organization, processes, governance, risk mapping, etc.)
- Economic performance : Business cases, benchmarks, financial optimization
You will also be involved in the internal life of the firm , around different subjects:
- The development and strengthening of our offers through training, working groups, distribution of internal and external support,
- The development of new opportunities through responses to calls for tender and commercial proposals
- The team's publication policy (writing articles, encryption)
Desired Candidate Profile
With a Bac+5 degree from a major engineering school, a major business school or a major university , you ideally have experience in consulting.
You have the ability to work in a team, an open mind, a sense of analysis and you wish to join a motivating professional environment where you will share our values which are excellence, entrepreneurship, innovation, a culture of sharing, kindness, and a balance between personal and professional life.
Fluent French and English required.
