Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Digital Transformation Consultant
You will be working within a multidisciplinary team on a wide variety of missions, such as:
- Organization & Governance : Transformation of organizations and their operational model
- Operational strategy and transformation projects : defining the strategy and roadmap, scoping and managing programs/projects, supporting deployment
- Operational performance : definition/optimization of customer experience, business processes and user journeys, operational excellence (Lean Management), audit/diagnosis and recommendations (organization, processes, governance, risk mapping...)
- Economic performance : Business cases, benchmarks, financial optimization
You will also be required to get involved in the internal life of the firm , on various topics:
- The development and strengthening of our offerings through training, working groups, and the dissemination of internal and external support materials,
- Developing new opportunities through responses to calls for tenders and commercial proposals
- The team's publishing policy (article writing, encryption)
Desired Candidate Profile
You hold a Bac+5 degree from a top engineering school, business school or university , and ideally have experience in consulting.
You have an affinity for the challenges related to data and AI, the ability to quickly develop skills in these areas, and are enthusiastic about helping our clients seize opportunities.
