Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end digital transformation programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Build digital capabilities across the organization through structured training and development programs.
• Integrate emerging technologies such as automation, AI, and digital twins into core operations.
• Deploy advanced collaboration tools to streamline communication and project delivery.
• Establish and oversee a Digital Innovation Hub to drive research, experimentation, and adoption of new solutions.
• Design and implement digital QA/QC systems with defined standards to ensure quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8 10 years of proven experience in digital transformation leadership roles.
• Strong expertise in technology adoption, change management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Demonstrated success in managing strategic transformation programs within complex organizations.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies relevant to the architecture, engineering, and construction sectors.
