About This Role
We are looking for a motivated Digital Transformation Junior Expert to support our consulting team in delivering digital assessment and transformation initiatives. The role involves analyzing current business processes and technology landscapes, identifying digital gaps, and assisting in the development of strategic transformation roadmaps.
The ideal candidate will work closely with senior consultants, participate in client workshops, collect and analyze data, and contribute to building practical recommendations that help organizations improve efficiency, adopt modern technologies, and accelerate their digital transformation journey
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct digital maturity assessments to evaluate client business processes, technology landscape, and organizational readiness.
- Participate in workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather requirements and understand business challenges.
- Analyze current as-is processes and help define to-be digital solutions.
- Identify digital gaps and improvement opportunities across business and technology.
- Support senior consultants in building digital transformation roadmaps and prioritizing initiatives based on business impact and ROI.
- Perform bench marking and research on industry best practices and emerging digital trends.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation summarizing findings and recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure successful project delivery
