Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Support sales teams with technical discovery, solution design, and product demos.
  • Design end-to-end Digital Workspace / EUC architectures (VDI, Identity, Security, DEX).
  • Lead customer workshops, proofs-of-concept (PoCs), and technical presentations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to IT, security, and digital transformation leaders.
  • Support RFPs, proposals, and partner engagements.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in presales, solution architecture, or EUC/Modern Workplace roles.
  • Strong experience with AVD / Windows 365 / Citrix, Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, and endpoint security.
  • Solid understanding of Zero Trust, cloud technologies, and Digital Employee Experience (DEX).
  • Experience with Saudi enterprise or government customers is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
