Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead tech-driven initiatives to improve operations and guest experiences
Manage Application Architecture across IT, Operations, and business units
Report directly to the Group CEO
Key Requirements:
4-year degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Experience with emerging technologies (VR, AI/ML, Blockchain, Data Science a plus)
Strong hospitality IT experience, GCC region preferred
Translate business needs into secure, scalable tech solutions
Skilled in vendor and stakeholder management
Excellent communication with technical and non-technical audiences
Desired Candidate Profile
