- Description
- We are looking for a motivated and innovative Digitalization Expert to strengthen our team. You will be responsible for transforming internal processes, implementing appropriate digital solutions, and supporting teams in adopting new technologies.
- You will actively participate in the company's digital strategy, supervise projects, leverage data to improve performance, and propose innovative solutions to current digital challenges.

- Missions
- Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for digitalization.
- To design and propose digital solutions tailored to the organization's needs.
- Implement the digital transformation strategy and oversee the associated projects.
- Select and implement relevant digital technologies and tools.
- To train and support teams in the adoption of new digital tools.
- To monitor projects, control quality and evaluate the results obtained.
- Leveraging digital data to improve performance and facilitate decision-making.
- To propose innovations to optimize processes and reduce costs.
- Profile
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Management or a similar field.
- Significant experience in process digitization or digital transformation.
- Proficiency in modern digital tools (ERP, CRM, automation, cloud solutions).
- Strong skills in project management and data analysis.
- Good communication skills, teaching ability and innovative mindset.
