Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Direct Digital Control Technician

  • Must have experience in Building Management System (BMS), ex. Honey well.
  • Must have experience in Building Management Software ex. Honey Well, Windows NT Designer and excel.
  • Must have experience in HVAC and sensing controls.
  • Must be able to check and perform preventive performance on field controllers and instrumentations based on vendor technical information and manufacture specification,
  • Must be able to perform to routine check on direct digital controller and humidifies control system and their related devices.
  • Must maintain and repair system related field instrumentation equipment as required.
  • Must be able to troubleshoot the systems based on related wiring control diagram, schematic and flowcharts using test equipment.
  • Must be able to prepare and interpret instrumentation schematic and loop drawing.

Building Management System Technician

  • Must have experience in Building Management System (BMS), ex. Honey well.
  • Must have experience in instrumentation with special emphasis on electronics.
  • Must have knowledge of electrical circuits.
  • Must have knowledge in air conditioning and building fire protection systems.
  • Must be able to read and understand technical drawings.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronic or related from an approved vocational training Shall have 5 years experience in related field.
