Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Hays is proud to partner with a leading government-backed financial institution in Riyadh to recruit a
Direct Investment Associate. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the Investment Director and play an integral role in evaluating and executing strategic investments across diverse sectors.

Key Responsibilities
Support the evaluation and execution
Of direct investment opportunities across multiple industries.
Conduct financial modelling, valuation analysis, and due diligence
On potential investments.
Prepare investment memos, presentations, and recommendations for the Investment Committee.
Monitor portfolio performance
And assist in implementing value-creation initiatives.
Collaborate with external advisors on deal structuring, negotiations, and legal documentation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
CFA designation is mandatory.
2-4 years of experience in direct investments, private equity, corporate development, or investment banking.
Strong expertise in financial modelling, valuation techniques, and deal structuring.
Solid understanding of venture capital, growth equity, and M&A dynamics.
Candidates must come from
Investment banking, established private equity firms/capital firms, or sovereign wealth funds (SWFs) background.
