Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Selling Sim and Recharge.
- Replacing Sim.
- Change ownership.
- Compensate damaged scratch card.
- Solving customer problem.
- Giving information on our new product to the customers.
- Customer experience for the agents, how to deal with the customer.
- Train the new staff.
- Support all the shops online through sign language in order to communicate company offers , products for special needs customers nationwide.
