Roles & Responsibilities

Selling Sim and Recharge.

  • Replacing Sim.
  • Change ownership.
  • Compensate damaged scratch card.
  • Solving customer problem.
  • Giving information on our new product to the customers.
  • Customer experience for the agents, how to deal with the customer.
  • Train the new staff.
  • Support all the shops online through sign language in order to communicate company offers , products for special needs customers nationwide.
