Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


  • Conduct door-to-door or field-based sales to promote Vodafone Fiber (FBER) products and services to residential customers.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Identify potential customers and present tailored solutions based on their internet usage needs.
  • Provide accurate information about Vodafone's fiber packages, pricing, and installation process.
  • Generate leads, follow up on prospects, and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of customer applications and documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members and the Sales Supervisor to support overall sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Represent Vodafone professionally at all times and uphold the company's values and ethics.
  • Stay updated with the latest product offerings, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Provide feedback from the market to improve service offerings and customer satisfaction.

KPIs

  • Monthly number of new fiber customer activations.
  • Sales target achievement rate.
  • Lead conversion ratio.
  • Customer satisfaction and service quality ratings.
  • Accuracy and completeness of submitted applications.
  • Daily/weekly attendance and field productivity.
