Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door or field-based sales to promote Vodafone Fiber (FBER) products, mobility and prepaid to residential customers.
- Achieve and exceed assigned monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Identify potential customers and present tailored solutions based on their internet usage needs.
- Provide accurate information about Vodafone’s fiber- mobility – prepaid packages, pricing, and installation process.
- Generate leads, follow up on prospects, and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of customer applications and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members and the Sales Supervisor to support overall sales strategies and campaigns.
- Represent Vodafone professionally at all times and uphold the company’s values and ethics.
- Stay updated with the latest product offerings, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Provide feedback from the market to improve service offerings and customer satisfaction
- Monthly number of new fiber customer activations.
- Sales target achievement rate.
- Lead conversion ratio.
- Customer satisfaction and service quality ratings.
- Accuracy and completeness of submitted applications.
- Daily/weekly attendance and field productivity.
