Duties & Responsibilties:

• Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships .
• Reach potential customers through cold calling.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
• Analyse the territory/market s potential, track sales and status reports .
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
• Continuously improve through feedback
• Respond to and follow up all sales team enquiries using appropriate methods.
• Record, analyze, report and administer according to systems and requirements.
• Providing true and comprehensive information that doesn t mislead the customer.
• Respect Customer s wishes and understand their needs both before and after the sale.
• Use marketing material needed to present information to subscribers.
• Send daily report to his line manager highlighting all his daily activity and achievement.
• Track sales reports, marketing activities and customer feedback if requested by your line manager.
• Follow business rules and policy in all sales process
