Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the accounts payable and receivable functions to ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Oversee financial reporting and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and support business objectives.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring effective working capital management.
  • Analyse financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Ensure the integrity of financial records through regular audits and reconciliations.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the accounting team, fostering professional growth and development.

Desired Candidate Profile

A successful Director, Accounting Ops should have:

  • A degree in accounting, finance or a related field.
  • Professional certification such as SOCPA/CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is essential
  • Strong knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Must be a KSA national due to Saudization
  • Experience with financial reporting and compliance standards.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and financial management systems.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
