Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize all administrative functions, including office management, procurement, and facilities, ensuring operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures, streamlining workflows and enhancing organizational effectiveness.
- Manage the administrative budget, controlling costs and ensuring resources are allocated effectively to support business objectives.
- Lead and mentor the administrative team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Desired Candidate Profile
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required, demonstrating a strong foundation in administrative principles.
Possession of relevant certifications such as Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) is a plus, showcasing a commitment to professional development.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in administrative roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position, reflecting a proven track record.
