- Directly oversee the performance of brokers and implement corrective actions where required to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies in broker management practices.

- Develop and manage the budget for broker management activities, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.

- Significant experience in managing residential real estate brokers in the Middle East and internationally
