Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Director Corporate Tax to lead and expand a corporate tax advisory practice in the UAE. This role involves managing complex tax engagements, advising senior clients, building strong client relationships, and contributing to business growth across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage corporate tax advisory projects, ensuring high-quality delivery and compliance
  • Provide strategic corporate tax planning and compliance solutions
  • Handle corporate tax audits, assessments, and disputes with tax authorities
  • Advise clients on UAE Corporate Tax regulations and their business implications
  • Drive business development by acquiring new clients and strengthening existing relationships
  • Build, mentor, and oversee team members within the tax practice
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to enhance service offerings and market presence

Desired Candidate Profile

Must Have

  • 10+ years of experience in tax advisory or consulting firms
  • Professional qualification such as CA / ACCA / CPA / LLM (Tax)
  • Strong UAE Corporate Tax experience is mandatory
  • Candidate must be based in the UAE
  • GCC tax experience is an added advantage
  • Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders and complex tax engagements
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE corporate tax laws and regulations
  • Strong client advisory and relationship management skills
  • Proven leadership and team management capabilities
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong business development and commercial mindset
