By working effectively with the Executive Director Credit Advisory, responsible for supporting the growth of the credit business (volume) and revenue growth within Wealth through proactive engagement with relationship managers, Head of businesses, Credit, private and Wealth clients, risk management, legal and compliance, and others as may be required.
Lead the business monitoring of credit utilization/limits and ensure appropriate coverage engagement to safeguard client and bank interest.
Credit market trend insights and being fully knowledgeable of LTV Framework, IPCP policy document, Group s credit framework and appetite, and developing tailored credit solutions i.e. pro-actively identify and implement new lending opportunities.
Contribute towards revenues from credit both upfront and Net Interest Margin from viable credit solutions, whether through discretionary or programmed lending framework or bespoke lending.
Lead assessment of client s financial needs and risk tolerances/appetite and ensure that the client segments offer the most appropriate lending options including restructuring considerations.
Leading the preparation of relevant investment term sheets with leverage, credit proposals, credit documentation and engagement to procure relevant approvals in coordination with stakeholders.
Engagement with peers (credit) in relation to credit advisory proposition across multiple booking jurisdictions (onshore and offshore) and asset classes.
Building value propositions in liaison with Heads of Businesses, RMs and clients across the CBG client segments.

Apart from general Wealth credit solutions like Lombard lending, real Estate lending and others, the candidate to Present special asset solutions for private banking clients.
Provide expertise in developing specific product programs for lending against yachts and improve existing programs for jet Financing.
Conduct credit analysis, risk management, and collateral assessments on various collaterals in Special assets.
Experience of atleast 5 years in Credit solutioning or in structuring credit deals with various underlying collaterals like Real Estate, Marketable securities, Speciality assets like Jet, and Yacht.
Atleast 3+ years experience in art finance, secured lending, or private banking with UHNW/HNW focus.
Proven knowledge of Special assets financing , valuation methodologies, and market dynamics could be an added advantage.
Strong credit analysis and financial modeling capabilities.
Familiarity with secured lending principles and GCC regulatory frameworks.
Background with private banks, or credit advisory roles preferred.
