Credit Analyst/ Senior credit analyst Modern Ballistic Solutions Pvt Ltd

� Role Overview

The role is part of the Corporate / Commercial Banking Credit team and focuses on credit evaluation, risk assessment, and portfolio monitoring while supporting Relationship Managers (RMs) and ensuring adherence to the bank’s credit policies and risk appetite.

� Key Responsibilities

Credit Analysis & Proposal Preparation

• Prepare detailed credit proposals, credit memos, and facility applications

• Analyze client financial statements, cash flows, ratios, and industry trends

• Assess client creditworthiness and risk profile

• Structure facilities including limits, tenor, pricing, collateral, and covenants

• Calculate and assign risk ratings using internal credit models

• Recommend capital optimization strategies aligned with risk appetite

Stakeholder Coordination

• Work closely with Relationship Managers to structure credit solutions

• Liaise with Credit, Risk, and Approval teams for timely clearances

• Occasionally participate in client meetings to address credit-related queries

Documentation & Compliance

• Coordinate with Documentation / CAD / Legal teams

• Ensure accurate and complete credit documentation

• Minimize documentation deficiencies and rework

• Maintain updated and well-organized credit files

Portfolio & Risk Monitoring

• Monitor assigned loan portfolios for covenant compliance

• Track financial triggers, exceptions, waivers, and deferrals

• Support monitoring of watch-listed accounts

• Assist in regular risk reviews and reporting

� Candidate Profile

• Graduate in Finance / Accounting (MBA / CA / CPA / CMA preferred)

• Experience in corporate or commercial banking credit

• Strong financial statement analysis and credit appraisal skills

• Knowledge of banking products, working capital, and trade finance

• Good coordination, analytical, and communication skills
