Director - Digital Transformation

This role will lead the organisation s digital transformation agenda, overseeing the design and execution of large-scale programmes that modernise services, enhance digital capabilities, and accelerate the adoption of new technologies across the institution.

The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the digital transformation roadmap, driving cross-functional digital initiatives, and ensuring programmes are delivered with strong governance, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes. Key focus areas include digital strategy development, operating model redesign, technology-enabled transformation, and building internal digital change capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record leading major digital transformation programmes within large organisations, ideally gained in top-tier management consulting firms. Exceptional stakeholder management, strategic problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.
