Roles & Responsibilities

Our client, an established organization operating in the sustainability, environment, and energy domains, is seeking a Director FP&A to lead financial planning, budgeting, and performance analysis. This role will provide strategic insights to senior management and ensure data-driven decision-making across multiple business verticals.ResponsibilitiesLead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.Develop performance dashboards and KPIs to measure business performance.Analyze financial trends and deliver insights to support strategic decision-making.Partner with business units to translate operational goals into financial targets.Drive scenario planning and financial modeling for new ventures and investments.Support cost optimization, profitability improvement, and capital efficiency.Standardize financial reporting and planning processes across entities.Present financial analyses and strategic recommendations to leadership.RequirementsBachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred.12 15+ years experience in FP&A or strategic finance roles in a group or conglomerate setting.Proven success in leading budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes.Excellent analytical, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Experience with sustainability-linked or infrastructure projects is advantageous.Proficiency with ERP and BI tools (SAP, Power BI, Hyperion, etc.).
