Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Facade Director leads the strategic planning, technical execution, and delivery of complex building envelope systems for high-rise, commercial, and infrastructure projects. This role serves as the ultimate technical authority and business leader, ensuring all facade packages meet aesthetic intent, performance standards, and commercial profitability.
Strategic Growth: Driving business expansion, commercial strategy, and P&L performance for the façade division.
Technical Authority: Guiding complex, high-rise projects and conducting technical governance (QA/QC) for curtain wall and cladding systems.
Operations & Project Delivery: Managing the full project lifecycle from design through fabrication and installation.
Client Relationships: Engaging with consultants, developers, and main contractors.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 20 years in the facade industry, with significant experience in the UAE/GCC market on landmark projects.
Technical Mastery: Deep knowledge of unitized curtain walls, glazing technologies, and cladding systems.
Compliance: Full understanding of the UAE Fire & Life Safety Code and global sustainability standards.
