Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement governance frameworks for residential development projects.
- Ensure adherence to local regulations and internal policies, managing compliance assessments and audits.
- Provide leadership and direction to project teams, ensuring that governance practices are integrated into all phases of residential development.
- Facilitate regular governance meetings, collaborating with stakeholders to review and address governance-related matters.
- Prepare and present reports on governance issues and compliance performance to senior management and the board.
- Identify and mitigate governance risks associated with residential projects, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Promote a culture of ethical behavior and compliance throughout the organization.
- Bachelor s degree in Business Management, Law, or a relevant field.
- Proven experience of 10-15 years in governance, compliance, or risk management, ideally within the residential development sector.
- Strong understanding of applicable laws, regulations, and best practices in residential governance.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
- Ability to communicate complex governance issues in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong analytical capabilities, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in stakeholder management and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Desired Candidate Profile
