Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate and execute comprehensive engagement strategies to foster strong client relationships and drive project success.
  • Lead and mentor a team of engagement managers, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client needs, industry trends, and competitive landscapes to proactively identify opportunities.
  • Oversee the planning, budgeting, and resource allocation for engagement projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Desired Candidate Profile


  • Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field

    • MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred

    • 18 years of experience in IT Services, Consulting, or Digital Transformation

    • Significant exposure to the Utilities sector (Power, Water, Gas, Renewables)

    • Proven track record in managing large and strategic client engagements

    • Demonstrated success in winning and delivering large transformation deals

    • Prior experience in roles such as Engagement Director, Account Director, Client Partner, Delivery Partner, or Business Unit Leader.

    • Strong understanding of IT/OT convergence, Smart grids and grid modernization, Asset management systems, Water digitization initiatives, Sustainability and renewable transformation programs

    • P&L ownership and financial management experience

    • Expertise in deal shaping, pricing strategy, and commercial negotiations

    • Strong executive stakeholder management skills (CXO-level engagement)

    Key Skills & Competencies

    • Strong Utilities domain knowledge (Power, Water, Gas, Renewables, Smart Grids, Asset Management).

    • Proven expertise in complex deal management and large transformation programs.

    • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

    • Strong commercial acumen and financial management capability.

    • Ability to balance growth, delivery excellence, and risk management.

    • Experience working in Middle East / UAE utility ecosystem is highly preferred.
