Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Orchestrate and execute comprehensive engagement strategies to foster strong client relationships and drive project success.
- Lead and mentor a team of engagement managers, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client needs, industry trends, and competitive landscapes to proactively identify opportunities.
- Oversee the planning, budgeting, and resource allocation for engagement projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field
MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred
18 years of experience in IT Services, Consulting, or Digital Transformation
Significant exposure to the Utilities sector (Power, Water, Gas, Renewables)
Proven track record in managing large and strategic client engagements
Demonstrated success in winning and delivering large transformation deals
Prior experience in roles such as Engagement Director, Account Director, Client Partner, Delivery Partner, or Business Unit Leader.
Strong understanding of IT/OT convergence, Smart grids and grid modernization, Asset management systems, Water digitization initiatives, Sustainability and renewable transformation programs
P&L ownership and financial management experience
Expertise in deal shaping, pricing strategy, and commercial negotiations
Strong executive stakeholder management skills (CXO-level engagement)
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong Utilities domain knowledge (Power, Water, Gas, Renewables, Smart Grids, Asset Management).
Proven expertise in complex deal management and large transformation programs.
Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Strong commercial acumen and financial management capability.
Ability to balance growth, delivery excellence, and risk management.
Experience working in Middle East / UAE utility ecosystem is highly preferred.
