In this role, you will be responsible for envisioning and executing innovative landscape designs that enhance the aesthetic and ecological values of Qiddiya s projects. By leading a talented team of landscape architects, you will play a critical role in creating immersive experiences that blend nature and functionality, fostering a unique harmony that resonates with visitors.

Core Responsibilities

• Define and implement the strategic vision for landscape architecture in alignment with Qiddiya s mission and values.
• Manage the landscape design process from initial concept through execution, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget while meeting the highest quality standards.
• Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team of designers, promoting innovation and collaboration across all phases of project development.
• Work closely with architects, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of landscape elements into the overall project design.
• Engage with community members, governmental agencies, and other stakeholders to facilitate public input and approval processes.
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory standards and best practices in sustainable design.
• Conduct thorough site evaluations and engage in hands-on analysis to inform design decisions that positively impact the environment.
• Monitor project budgets and resources, optimizing workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
• Stay at the forefront of landscape architecture trends, incorporating innovative solutions and technologies into projects.
• Prepare and present design proposals and project updates to executive leadership and relevant stakeholders.
