Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Director of Equity Investment Monitoring
- Offers solutions tailored to the needs of investments after the disbursement phase (by fully following the projects, from the disbursement of the first tranche, until exit).
- Manages and monitors participation (Monitoring Committees, Project Progress, finding solutions adapted to the problems presented in accordance with the regulations in force).
- He is the sole link between the Investment Monitoring Department and the other departments of the company by handling commercial, technical and financial aspects.
- Active research and identification of investment opportunities in line with the company's strategy, particularly through the establishment of partnerships.
- Drafting and presenting minutes and reports via the monitoring committee channel and site visits; Ensures close monitoring of results, reporting, support for strategic thinking or commercial development of portfolio investments.
- D develops regular contact with company managers (making appointments, making follow-up phone calls, sending letters).
- Ensure the participation tracking file is up to date.
- Actively monitors the updating of new laws and their transmission to the Investment Management so that they are aware of the latest (challenges, launch of new products).
- S ensures that claims from investments in its portfolio are processed as quickly as possible.
- Direct supervision and management of a team composed of a senior project manager and level 01 and 02 project managers.
- Management of fund disbursements to companies in the context of equity investments.
- Responsible for monitoring compliance with the provisions of the commercial code and shareholders' agreement.
- Coordination with the legal department on matters subject to litigation.
- To ensure professional travel and presentation at events as requested by senior management.
