Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Missions
Develop, manage and implement the group's financial strategy in line with the guidelines of general management.
Oversee the accounting, treasury, management control and taxation of the various entities of the group.
Ensure the consolidation and analysis of the financial statements of subsidiaries.
Establish forecast budgets, monitor their execution and propose corrective actions.
Ensure legal, regulatory and tax compliance of financial operations.
Manage relationships with banks, auditors, administrations and financial partners.
Contribute to the optimization of financial processes and continuous improvement of performance.
Support subsidiary managers in decision-making and economic management.
Profile
Education: Bac+5 in finance, accounting, management or equivalent (Master's, business school, accounting).
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience, including at least 5 years in a financial management role, ideally within a group or multi-activity holding company.
Solid knowledge of accounting, finance, taxation and consolidated reporting.
Proficiency in financial management tools, ERP and advanced Excel.
Analytical skills, rigor and strategic sense.
Excellent managerial skills and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in French and English).
