Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Director of Finance and Accounting
Supervise the calculation and preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual tax returns.
Validate the contracts issued by the company.
Manage relations with the auditors.
Control and supervise accounting, treasury and fund management.
To ensure budgetary procedures, debt management, cash management and loan guarantees.
Supervise management control, the implementation of dashboards and accounting management.
Assist and advise the General Management, prepare the main budget and supplementary budgets.
Representing the company during negotiations with banks.
Implementation of the budget for all services.
Perform financial analyses.
To manage the company's financial resources and accounts.
Analyze the company's financial and tax situation and develop strategies accordingly.
Establish a control and inspection system for the financial and accounting field.
To contribute, along with the relevant departments of the company, to the rehabilitation of the company's assets.
Desired Candidate Profile
Establish accounting and financial management procedures and the indicators necessary for activity monitoring and reporting.
Prepare end-of-month reports and ensure the reliability of the figures.
University degree (BAC+4 and above) in financial sciences and accounting.
Have 10 years of professional experience in the hospitality industry and more in the field of finance and accounting.
