Financial management:

• Develop the financial strategy in line with the guidelines of the General Management.
• Oversee the annual budget, budget monitoring and variance analysis.
• To manage cash flow and financial forecasts.
• Optimize costs and improve overall profitability.
• Prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements and monthly reports.
• Ensure tax, social and regulatory compliance.
• Implement internal control and risk management tools.
• Supporting fundraising, banking partnerships and investors.
• Implement internal control and risk management tools.

Accounting:

• Supervise all accounting operations (general, analytical, suppliers, customers).
• Ensure the reliability of accounts and compliance with monthly and annual closing deadlines.
• Prepare financial statements in accordance with Algerian accounting standards.
• Ensure internal control and compliance of procedures.

Taxation:

• Ensure the company's tax compliance.
• Managing tax returns: IRG, VAT, DAS, etc.
• To monitor tax practices and anticipate risks.
• Responding to tax audits and preparing the files

• Education: Master's degree (Bac+5) in finance, accounting, management or equivalent
• Experience: minimum 10 years in a similar role.

Technical skills:

• Mastery of Algerian accounting and tax standards.
• Solid experience in management control, treasury and budgeting.
• Good command of accounting software and reporting tools (ERP, advanced Excel).
