Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key responsibilities:
- Lead Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Direct the annual budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and variance analysis processes to provide actionable insights to executive leadership and drive profitable growth.
- Ensure LMS Financial Integrity: Oversee and manage the financial data, reporting, and accounting processes directly related to the Loan Management System (LMS) to ensure accuracy and compliance throughout the loan lifecycle.
- Strategic Financial Management: Develop and implement financial strategies, manage cash flow, and optimize capital structure and working capital to support the company s expansion and operational goals.
- Oversee Compliance & Controls: Ensure strict adherence to all local regulatory requirements, manage internal controls, and coordinate external audit processes and regulatory reporting.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in finance roles, with significant leadership experience.
- Sector Background: Mandatory senior-level experience (e.g., Head or Director level) within one of the large banks in Egypt.
- Specialized Experience: Deep, proven experience with the financial modules, reporting, and accounting aspects of a Loan Management System (LMS) is essential.
- FP&A Expertise: Several years of direct, hands-on experience leading and managing the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function.
- Certification: Must possess a globally recognized professional certificate such as CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst).
