Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Build and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
Oversee daily, MTD, and YTD performance vs budget
Control food cost, labor cost, and branch-level profitability
Lead financial reporting (Daily / Weekly / Monthly Closing Day 5)
Create independent P&L per branch and group-level consolidation
Conduct field audits: inventory, cost control, waste, price integrity
Approve pricing, cost decisions, purchasing, and vendor financial terms
Support expansion with feasibility, ROI studies, and break-even models
Desired Candidate Profile
7+ years of experience in restaurant or hospitality finance
Multi-site / multi-unit control exposure (not a single caf )
Strong cost control, inventory discipline & menu margin analysis
Ability to work on-site in Nabatieh + visit locations across Lebanon
Advanced reporting, forecasting, and operational finance skills
Languages: Arabic, English (must), French is a plus
