Responsibilities:

Set performance objectives, provide necessary support, evaluate / appraise staff and provide regular feedback on performance thereby promoting a high-performance working environment

Manage Governance, Risk and Compliance annual budgeting cycle and ensure its efficient utilization

Approve and distribute progress reports or key updates and insights directed to all relevant stakeholders to ensure they are informed of all updates and findings and aligned to the achieved progress

Manage a GRC program that is aligned to the business strategy, and that is resilient to changes in business practices, regulations, and expectations

Manage the execution of projects defined in the Cybersecurity Strategy to improve the GRC program maturity

Integrate risk management aspects and tools and control objectives in the business strategy, the overall risk landscape and Governance in line with standards and guidelines

Manage the team to deliver effective cybersecurity governance, risk management and compliance activities

Oversee identification of information management and protection laws and regulations and define actions to ensure compliance, in conjunction with Legal Affairs

Oversee risk appetite and risk tolerance appropriate to each business service of the organization

Enforce appropriate policies and procedures relating to risk management governance, risk management practices, and risk control infrastructure for the whole organization in order to ensure compliance

Attend related forums, seminars, etc. to enrich network and learn about the latest developments and opportunities
