Director of Human Resources

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Hospitality Management, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in same position in 5 star hotels
  • A strong understanding of compensation and benefits, employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and employee development is required
  • Comprehensive knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR compliance is essential
  • Proficiency with HR software, analytics, and reporting tools is important for data-driven decision-making
  • Develop HR policies, and align HR initiatives with company goals the ability to think strategically
