Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities : 
Plan and execute HR functions strategically, such as compensation and benefits, performance management, training and development, occupational safety, employee communications, employee experience and employee relations.
Develop and deliver training programs for managers and employees in the workplace and monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
Advise senior leadership on all matters related to HR to align with HR policies investigations and employee relations.
Implement and manage performance appraisal systems and Provide guidance and support to managers on performance-related issues.
Develop performance improvement plans where necessary.
Conduct research, analyze organizational trends and execute best practices for hiring, talent management and retention
Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation packages.
Manage employee benefits programs and handle related queries.
Develop and manage the budget for the human resources department
Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of HR data.
Oversee and conduct complex HR investigations into employee complaints, allegations of misconduct, harassment, discrimination, and other workplace issues.
Develop and implement investigation procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Resolve complex employee relations issues and conflicts, providing expert advice and support to managers and employees.
Prepare comprehensive investigation reports for senior management and legal counsel as needed which including documentation of findings, conclusions, and recommended actions.
Recommend and implement corrective actions, including disciplinary measures, to address policy violations and improve workplace culture.
Assist in the development, implementation, and enforcement of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM- CIPD..) preferred.
Minimum of 12 years of experience in human resources, with at least 5 years at a managerial level focused on investigations and employee relations.
Deep knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and regulations.
Strong investigative and analytical skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
High level of integrity and confidentiality.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
