Roles & Responsibilities

Define and manage the industrial development strategy in line with the General Manager's guidelines.
Identify, study and deploy industrial investment projects (creation, expansion, modernization of units)
Leading continuous improvement projects (productivity, quality, costs, deadlines)
Optimize industrial processes and production tools
Oversee the industrialization of new products in coordination with R&D and production
Manage industrial projects (planning, budgeting, monitoring deadlines and performance)
Ensuring regulatory compliance, particularly in terms of quality, safety and the environment
Integrate innovative solutions and new technologies (digitalization, automation)
Monitor industrial performance indicators (KPIs) and implement action plans
Coordinate the various internal and external stakeholders (production, maintenance, quality, partners)
To contribute to cost reduction and improved profitability of industrial operations
To supervise and develop technical teams and projects

Qualifications:

Engineering degree or equivalent (industrial engineering, process engineering, or related field), ideally complemented by training in management or project management.

Skills:

Mastery of industrial processes and industrialization
Experience in investment project management
Knowledge of quality, safety and environmental standards
Good understanding of the challenges of industrial performance (costs, time, productivity)
Mastery of continuous improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma)
Sensitivity to new technologies and industrial transformation
