Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Define and manage the industrial development strategy in line with the General Manager's guidelines.
- Identify, study and deploy industrial investment projects (creation, expansion, modernization of units)
- Leading continuous improvement projects (productivity, quality, costs, deadlines)
- Optimize industrial processes and production tools
- Oversee the industrialization of new products in coordination with R&D and production
- Manage industrial projects (planning, budgeting, monitoring deadlines and performance)
- Ensuring regulatory compliance, particularly in terms of quality, safety and the environment
- Integrate innovative solutions and new technologies (digitalization, automation)
- Monitor industrial performance indicators (KPIs) and implement action plans
- Coordinate the various internal and external stakeholders (production, maintenance, quality, partners)
- To contribute to cost reduction and improved profitability of industrial operations
- To supervise and develop technical teams and projects
Qualifications:
- Engineering degree or equivalent (industrial engineering, process engineering, or related field), ideally complemented by training in management or project management.
Skills:
- Mastery of industrial processes and industrialization
- Experience in investment project management
- Knowledge of quality, safety and environmental standards
- Good understanding of the challenges of industrial performance (costs, time, productivity)
- Mastery of continuous improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma)
- Sensitivity to new technologies and industrial transformation
Managerial Skills:
- Leadership and ability to unite multidisciplinary teams
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage complex and cross-functional projects
- Excellent communication and coordination skills

Formation :
- Engineering degree or equivalent (industrial engineering, process engineering, or related field), ideally complemented by training in management or project management.

- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in an industrial environment
