Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Audit & Risk Management
Develop and implement the annual internal audit plan based on risk assessment
Evaluate effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes
Lead complex audits across finance, operations, IT, and compliance
Compliance & Governance
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
Liaise with external auditors, regulators, and audit committees
Report key findings and recommendations to senior leadership and Board
Desired Candidate Profile
Leadership & Strategy
Lead and mentor the internal audit team
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in audit processes
Establish audit methodologies aligned with best practices (IIA standards)
Fraud & Investigation
Oversee fraud investigations and special audits
Identify potential risk areas and implement preventive controls
Reporting & Stakeholder Management
Prepare and present audit reports, dashboards, and risk insights
Collaborate with business units to ensure closure of audit findings
