Job Summary:

The Director of Manufacturing will provide strategic leadership for the entire production process of aluminum cans, overseeing plant operations, maintenance, quality, and supply chain. The main objective is to maximize output while maintaining high-quality standards and improving operational efficiency through automation and lean manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership : Oversee daily production, quality control, maintenance, and logistics to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing of high-quality beverage cans.
• Capacity Enhancement : Drive initiatives to increase manufacturing capacity beyond the current cans per year.
• Quality and Safety Compliance : Maintain and enhance ISO 9001:2015 and FSSC 2000 (Food Safety) certifications, ensuring compliance with both local regulations and International standards.
• Strategy and Efficiency : Develop and implement manufacturing strategies (Lean/Six Sigma) to improve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and reduce waste.
• Technology Utilization : Manage state-of-the-art aluminum sheet printing and production lines, including CDL technology.
• Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of professionals, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
• Budgeting & Cost Control: Manage the manufacturing budget and capital investments for new equipment.
