Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Direct day-to-day Front Office and Housekeeping operations across all 80 suites, delivering consistent, brand-aligned service.
- Oversee the grab-and-go outlet, including service quality, food safety, cost controls, and brand standards.
- Serve as a key operational lead during the rebranding, implementing new SOPs, training, and quality standards.
- Drive Rooms revenue performance with Sales and Revenue Management; optimize occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR.
- Own departmental P&L, budgets, forecasts, and labor models for Rooms and the Grab-and-Go outlet.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team and build a strong succession pipeline.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and online reputation; lead recovery and continuous improvement plans.
- Ensure compliance with local laws, health and safety, labor regulations, and brand-mandated policies.

Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications
- 8 to 10 years of progressive hospitality leadership, with at least 3 years in a senior operations role at a branded hotel.
- Experience operating within an internationally branded environment; conversions, openings, or pre-openings strongly preferred.
- Deep Rooms Division expertise; working knowledge of grab-and-go, caf , or quick-service F&B operations.
- Strong financial acumen and proven leadership of diverse, high-performing teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.
- Open and willing to relocate to Guyana; international hospitality experience is a strong advantage.
