A leading food company with a wide network of owned and franchised branches across Lebanon is looking to hire a Director of Operations to lead and oversee strategic and day-to-day operations across multiple departments, with a primary focus on Sales.


Key Responsibilities:

-Lead and drive the performance of the Sales Department across all retail channels (owned and franchise branches)


-Oversee and align the functions of Marketing, Design, and Logistics departments with operational goals


-Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, branch efficiency, and customer experience


-Monitor KPIs and ensure consistent service delivery, profitability, and brand standards across all locations


-Collaborate with franchise partners to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and operational procedures


-Coach and support area managers, sales supervisors, and department heads to achieve business targets


-Drive cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement across all operational areas


Requirements:

-Proven experience as a Director of Operations or Senior Sales Director in the F&B or retail industry

-Strong leadership skills with a strategic mindset and hands-on execution

-Ability to manage large teams and coordinate across departments

-Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills

-Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA is a plus)

F&B background is a must
