Roles & Responsibilities

Director of Partnership Management

Missions and tasks:

Supervise the work of the Partnership Management Department
Managing teams, their work, and their career plans
Coordinate the individual and collective actions of the team
Developing the individual and collective skills of the Management
Definition of collective objectives and those relating to each area (Business Development, Cooperation and Institutional)

To serve as a liaison between the fund and the founders, investors, partners and external stakeholders
Managing daily requests, emergencies, and crisis situations with responsiveness and professionalism
To ensure smooth and transparent communication, both internally and externally
Facilitating remote business relationships between project leaders, analysts, and partner networks
Coordinate internal actions between the different structures

Ensure the collection, verification and updating of KYC documents for startups and co-investors;
Ensure the preparation of the KYC form in collaboration with the project leader;
Collaborating with legal and compliance teams to ensure compliance with local and international regulations;
To serve as a point of reference with the CISO for the implementation of an internally developed e-KYC tool;
Acting as the first line of defense in monitoring compliance with current KYC procedures.

Monitor the performance of portfolio startups in collaboration with analysts and operational teams.
Identify the strategic needs of the companies involved (fundraising, partnerships, recruitment, etc.) and facilitate relevant connections
Organize regular meetings with the founders to assess the progress of the projects and anticipate risks
Develop the investment portfolio
Promote growth, merger and acquisition opportunities for portfolio startups
Assist the manager in the remote management of project leaders
Analyze the needs of project leaders and guide them through all the arrangements adapted to their needs.
Manage internal and external communication activities to promote the advantages of the fund's financing method and enhance its image.
Implement the sales strategy in collaboration with the General Management, coordinate and monitor it in order to sustain and develop the investment portfolio and establish sales activity forecasts.
To design and implement all means, actions, and communication networks aimed at facilitating ASF's relations with project promoters
Prospecting existing startups within the ecosystem

Desired Candidate Profile

Main tasks:

Lead the fund's partnership strategy by proactively managing the investment portfolio, developing new cooperation opportunities within bilateral and multilateral programs, implementing the KYC/AML Compliance Policy, and serving as the primary point of contact for local and international partners.
The Partnership Management Director will also be responsible for coordinating the fund's exit strategy for equity and quasi-equity investments. They will also be responsible for ensuring the financial and strategic performance of exits, taking into account the IRR, Multiple of Cash, and associated WACC.
